The Hybrid Surgeon Looking to the Future

Our biennial conference gives an opportunity for cardiothoracic surgeons from South Africa and abroad to come together, share experience and discuss the future of our specialty. For our industry partners, it offers an opportunity to engage directly with surgeons, trainees, and healthcare professionals and to display the technologies, products and ideas that are helping to shape modern cardiothoracic practice.
We would particularly welcome companies involved in surgical technology, cardiovascular devices, imaging, robotics, minimally invasive and endovascular techniques, perfusion, critical care, artificial intelligence, and other emerging technologies, as well as companies supporting the broader practice of cardiothoracic surgery.
Most importantly, your participation allows us to continue the strong partnership between the Society and industry that has developed over more than two decades. Your support also contributes directly to education, research, and the development of our trainees.
